My company is based in Canada and naturally we first dealt primarily with Canadian customers. It was an uphill battle to gain some traction, to which I blamed the product and our sales process.
Long story short, we got some exposure to the US market, and suddenly sales are off the charts. Has anyone else experienced this?
Canadian consumers seem so risk adverse, and the market is smaller. Honestly, I don't know why we even bother at this point…
TL DR: Canadians are nice people but terrible early adopters.
