How is 5G that significantly faster then Fibre optic cable connections? Isn’t fibre optic cables literally the speed of light, whereas 5G is radio waves (which is also speed of light, so he’s it quicker?)

Is it Because there is certain things that slow it down, and radio waves just don’t get slowed down?

I’m just just learning this so bare with me if it’s obvious lol
